十三夜と中秋の名月／Admire the beauty of moon in Sep.
日独交流１５０周年の記念行事でドイツに来ています。
北ドイツのリューネブルグで十三夜を迎えました。ここには戦禍を免れた中世の街並みが今も残されています。私がホームステイしたのはこの街に住む建築家の住まい。彼は当時の建物をそのまま活かしながら、内部を住宅やオフィスに改修する仕事をしています。写真は彼の自宅です。冬の寒さに備えて、厚い壁の内と外で窓を二重にし、内窓と外窓の間を飾り棚に活用しています。
そして中秋の名月は、ドイツ中部のシークブルグで。樅の木越しに雲間から顔を出した満月です。１５日にはこの街の市立美術館でパフォーマンスがあります。
I am now in Germany to participate in the memorial event for the 150th anniversary of Japan-Germany exchanges.
Moon in the ninth month of the lunar calendar is meaningful for Japanese.
I saw the moon on the 13th night in an ancient city Lueneburg in north Germany.
The streets in the Middle Ages are left here after the war.
I stayed an architect’s house.
His work is to repair old buildings into houses, preserving the historical structure and beautiful outward.
As photo shows, he arranged a display shelf as a show window, using a space of a double-glazed window.
Then I watched the harvest moon ( the moon on the 15th night ) in Siegburg in the middle of Germany.
My performance is scheduled on Sep.15th at the city museum.
